  1. facts The poor had to work hard and struggled to survive. Many poor people lives lived in villages doing farm work or making cloth in their own homes for very little pay. They worked six days a week and only had holy days and public holidays off work.

    All about sir harry johnston.


    His real name was sir harry hamilton johnston. he was born on june the 12th
    in london in 1858 and he died aug 31st 1927.He was also a artist, Exsploror , botanist, zoologist, pioneer.
    He published 40 books on African Subjects and from 1891to 1895 served at the first British consul general and commissioner in Nyasaland.
